Siemion Huckabay Bodary Padilla Morganti & Bowerman, P.C., announces its expansion into complex litigation, which focuses on antitrust and shareholders' rights litigation on behalf of individuals, corporations, institutions, and classes, located throughout United States and other financial centers, including Buenos Aires, London, Monte Carlo, and Zurich.

Mr. Huckabay is a senior shareholder in Siemion Huckabay and has extensive experience representing major insurance carriers in complex, high-exposure insurance coverage litigation, under a multitude of insurance policies, including asbestos, commercial general liability, professional liability, uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage, commercial property, and homeowners.

Mr. Morganti, who recently joined Siemion Huckabay earned a post-graduate law degree from the Boston University School of Law (LL.M., Banking & Financial Law), and possesses a strong background in equity markets and financial transactions. While in law school, he clerked for the Department of Justice of Canada, Civil Litigation Department and the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, Corporate Law Department. He has experience representing accredited investors and institutional investors in shareholders' rights actions and small business owners in antitrust actions.
