Michael J. Rinkel is a shareholder in Siemion Huckabay, and is one of Siemion Huckabay's most experienced litigators. He concentrates his practice primarily on the defense of medical malpractice cases, but also has considerable experience in the field workers' compensation. He is a member of the Michigan bar, and is also admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Rinkel received his undergraduate education at the University of Florida and University of Michigan, receiving his Bachelor degree from the University of Michigan in 1972. He received his law degree from the University of Detroit School of Law. Mr. Rinkel subsequently pursued advanced legal studies at Wayne State University School of Law, and was awarded the degree of Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Labor Law.
