Cathy R. Bowerman is a senior shareholder in Siemion Huckabay. Ms. Bowerman focuses her practice on the defense of medical malpractice cases. She is well known to be an aggressive litigator with an outstanding trial record. She is a member of the Michigan bar, and is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, and the United States Supreme Court.
Ms. Bowerman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina. She has also been awarded a Masters degree in Public Health from the University of Michigan. Ms. Bowerman received her law degree from the University of North Carolina.
She has been a frequent lecturer regarding medical malpractice issues, including presentations before the American College of Emergency Physicians, American College of Radiology, University of Michigan Continuing Nursing Education, and University of Michigan Continuing Medical Education Center. Her publications include the following:
